I don't really understand the belt system for those who train exclusively no-gi and adding stripes baffles me even more.

I suppose these guys are top tier and deserve some sort of recognition?

Yeah bro I went from being 67 kg to now about 82 kg. Most of it due to wife always cooking something lol

I started my BJJ journey a couple weeks ago at the age of 37, almost 38. I’ve done five classes so far and I love it. Got my first legit tap yesterday. I shook the dude off my back and in the scramble for position I able to grab his arm and flip him over for an arm bar.
