I'd definitely put it in the top 500, possibly even 400.

Can’t disagree, one of my top fave fights of all time, besides the fight itself, the build up, the numbers, biggie vs tupac theme, all checks down the list as one of the great fights.

But can you really say Conor beat that ass compared to what Nate did in thw first fight?? It was a close fight and that makes it that much greater cuz if it was an one sided-beating, wouldn’t be seen as that great

I thought Nate won that fight. Def not The best fight ever but both their fights are up there.

Anyone who thinks Nate won the second fight literally knows nothing about MMA.

The perfect fight has yet to happen. It's almost happened, but not yet.

#4-Randy Couture vs Big Nog-EPIC battle of stand up AND ground, momentum changes in both stand up and ground, crazy technical skills showed by each. It lacked the big stage and a clear cut finish.

#3-Shogun/Hendo-Wild fight, filled with violence from both. Multiple momentum swings, big hyped fight. Lacked a clear cut winner, one was rewarded a lhw title shot while the other co-main event against Brandon Vera.

#2-Hughes vs Trigg 2-Build up, much hyped fight. Bad guy vs good guy. Momemtum changes, coming back from brink of defeat, and a clear cut finish. It lacked momentum changes(each guy had it only once), and not much back and forth on the stand up.

#1-Rory vs Robbie 2-Build up, title fight, both fighters at their peak, multiple momentum changes on the feet. Clear cut finish and of course the epic end of round 4 stare down. This fight lacked technical battle on the ground as well as no momentum changes on the ground.

You get a fight build up like Hughes/Trigg or Rory Robbie, a technical masterpiece like Couture/Nog, violence like Shogun/Hendo, multiple momentum changes like Shogun/Hendo, and a FINISH, THAT, will be the PERFECT FIGHT.

The first Conor Nate fight was the best of the 2, great fight, somewhere in the top 8 to 12 range alltime.
The 2nd fight was also great, but not top 50 alltime to me.

I am not talking about PPV sales, I am talking about the fight. It was a joke to see the 2nd fight put as 1,

I personally think the greatest fight ever in the UFC, and I think ever in MMA, for me, Robbie Lawler vs Carlos Condit, the only shitty thing was they gave the win to the wrong guy.

18 of 22 media outlets agree with me and gave it to Condit. That, is the greatest fight ever.

I mean speaking to everyone, how you score the 2nd Nate Conor fight shows to me what a person true MMA intelligence and acumen is. Forgot about judges we all saw the fight, more than anything the fight was a draw, if I was forced to give it to anyone it is Nate. However really was a draw.

I think those who see the fight as a draw really get this sport in the right manner. DasRy

Hendo Shogun 1 also should have been scored a draw

No one should have lost that fight, would have been more glorious to score it as a draw and both guys win in everyone eyes

Neither guys bested the other, fight 1 that is

Are MMA fights scored based on who ends up on top?

Derp

No, not sure who even says derp, makes me feel like I am talking to a kid, gross

But my point is the 2nd fight was even through and through and Nate even finished on top in mount, that is laughable as a fight to use to say Conor won. We all see the fight, that was a draw, neither best the other. Nate and Conor have fought twice, Conor has not actually beat him in either.

I am improving your thread, but you are the guy that others are telling me via pm that is running off many posters on here. You go and shit up everyone's threads and now you should thank me for improving yours. I see what others say is true about you as well, get a grip.

Weird request, you sure like to shit up people's threads, including mine. You are the ultimate thread sidetracker, like I said multiple people have sent me PM's saying you are running off posters.

Then you got me not shitting up your thread, but improving it, you seem out of touch.
