Barboza took a lot of damage before the Lee fight vs Khabib and Tony.
You posted since Lee finished Barboza, he must be better than Khabib and I'm saying Ortega finished Edgar, does that make him better than all the ones who couldn't finish Edgar?

need to consider all the damage Edgar has taken over the years that gradually made his chin weaker.
same could be said about Barboza taking more beating in the past
all the credit to Lee but definitely was easier for Lee to finish already damaged fighter

in Khabib's situation, he's still undefeated, 26-0, and like it or not, Khabib did the same thing he did to all of 25 opponents, won every round.

Yeah it was to show how few of his wins have been via submission.
Face it, if Khabib isn't fighting unranked guys or fighting in squash matches organized by someone like Ramzan Kadyrov, his fights are going to be 5 round decisions.
Until he gets knocked out by Conor, then he can go back to 3 round decisions.
Who knows. styles make fights.

Lee definitely better striker, but I still think if they clinch up, lee's going for a ride amd won't be able to get back up.

just remember even in the old bear rolling vid khabib showed he goes for the knee and create scrambles...The problem for Lee is hes shown he needs to either posture up or go for mount to actually do some dmg on the ground. So even if Lee shots and gets a takedown on khabib what happens when they get there? The way Lee posture up with raising his legs well in advances all u need is to break that posture and create scramble. Also Lee's explosiveness in the wrestling goes pretty quick, even tho is technique stay the same when getting tired. Even if Lee is good he should at all cost keep it standing.
I'm inclined to agree. When you think about it. Take a look at Khabibs Title fight vs
Kevin's fight the other night. Which would you say showed more of a Championship
worthy performance?

Lee has better wrestling that Al......so he should be able to keep the fight standing and smash Khabib. Especially after round 2.

Yeah I agree Ortega destroys Khabib
OP's logic is easy to see but not correct. Lee is a very good wrestler, maybe a better striker than Khabib, maybe, arguably dominated barboza, but so what.
fighting is about matchups, lee wont and cant do that to Khabib. Also last time I checked did barboza even land a clean strike on Khabib? in rd 3 Barboza badly hurt Lee and might have won via finish if he did not became very stupid for 12 seconds and try to grapple with Lee instead forcing him to his feet.
None of Lee's wrestling will matter when Khabib puts him on his back, none of Lee's improved striking will matter either when Khabib puts him on his back and none of Lee's come at you pressure will matter because fighting like that will only make it easier for Khabib to get him on the mat.
Lee is every bit as good as OP thinks, its just right now there is not a single 155 er in the world that can beat Khabib. Shoot Khabib probably beats about 80% of the top 15 WW's also, hes that great.
Can't wait for the fight to happen so we all see the reality of Khabib and how first class his ability is showing to be.

Khabib has two rounds in him of dominate wrestling...the rest of the fight he is open for strikes and counter-wrestling.
LOL your fight IQ is downright horrendous, are you sure you want to stick with what you are saying. Are you saying that you could not tell that Khabib was on purpose standing iwth Al the 2nd part of that fight? LOL the guy was trying to get time on the feet, he is so dominant that he takes guys down to easy so he stood with Al to practice his striking, its plain to notice homey.
