I can dig it.... trolling comes in many different forms, and it is impossible to know when someone is serious or not via textI just think we have very different ideas on what constitutes trolling.
For me, a troll is someone who posts with vitriol and attempts to provoke real anger from people. If someone asked me who the biggest troll on here was, I would point to a guy like@SensoriaUtopia , who responded to all my posts with insults and followed me around "Drunk"ing all my posts in an immature, failed attempt to anger me.
All my friends follow different hockey teams and we all roast each other when our teams lose or something bad happens. That's just busting balls. When I go on hockey forums, you see user names like "LeafsSuck1990" or "FuckTheHabs6969", it's people just having fun. MMA being the most "manly", "testosterone" sport, I figured people would be up for a bit of silliness and busting balls without getting offended. I have to read negative shit about Conor every time I log on here, Reddit or Sherdog. I don't get up in arms about it.
Do I believe Khabib Fears Conor? No, it's a bit of silliness. But to be frank, if certain people are reading that name and becoming legitimately perturbed, if certain people read a thread where I'm talking good about Conor or saying GSP is better than Fedor and they want to leave this forum because it offends them... I just can't respect that. I'm not necessarily talking about you, but to whoever legit gets upset by that, they really need to man up and grow a sack.
Too be fair to sensoria he was ganged up on fiercely and it turned him offensive IMO
I no longer care about what is and is not a troll here or anywhere...I am just gonna enjoy or not enjoy the content, a much more simple definition.
I am going to attempt to remove that term from my lexicon.
