monkhood in general interests me, though I wouldn’t be likely to do it myself for more than a week or so
just curious about the concept, and that many people actually do it
don’t know shit about monks in Thailand. Would love to see some pics or vids. What do the monasteries look like?

I was surprised how nice and how laid back my sak yant monk was, I thought he was going to be super serious and a bit scary

You told him to fuck off. He asked an easily answerable question yet but not answering it and explaining it you leave yourself open to speculation. Which I'm sure you have noticed is primarily negative. Letting people think your a nonce is almost as bad as being one, so if you have a explanation of recommend putting it out there while you have a chance
better to be thought a nonce than to post on the internet and remove all doubt.
