Mine doesn't seem to be as dominant as it once was. Sometimes this can be caused by shitty cans, but it occurs to me maybe my can opener is just worn out. Do people like sharpen these do you just throw them out and get new ones? How often does one replace a can opener?

Funny timing. Mine busted a few weeks ago. It was hand crank and the gear snapped somehow. Still works though. Just gotta open the can one lil slice at a time.

Electric ones are for fruit puffs.

A new can opener is like $15
What's your PayPal, bruh?

I've heard you can sharpen these things with aluminum foil but I've never attempted.

What kind of high end can opener are you using for $15?

I would recommend only buying mechanical kitchen implements from your local thrift store. Doris has lovingly opened her cans to bake cream pies since 1950
