Not all calibers are high powered. We'll have to wait to see which caliber was actually used if they even release that. Also, other factors will matter as well. Grain of the bullet, subsonic vs supersonic, etc.

My assumption is the 2nd wave of shots was secret service. Pretty quick to locate a rooftop shooter and take his ass out.

Impressive if it wasn't planned out.
