Lewis was easily the better fighter when you watch that but that fight was stopped too early.

I agree with you when it's not Derrick Lewis throwing the punches. That's one large American with some very heavy hands. The ref did Teixeira favor by stopping it when he did. Dude was just headed towards another concussion or three. I thought it was early when I saw it live. I changed my mind after watching the replay a couple times.
Teixeira is only 25 and hopefully has a long career ahead of him. Getting napped by Lewis could have taken years off it. I used to love ultraviolence in fights when I was younger, but I keep turning into a bigger and bigger pussy with each passing year.
