Tell him to be prepared to bend over for the Green weenie every day. To remember it's only gay if you push back. It's not gay if you're underway. Stay away from WM's. Some times will suck and be really shitty but he will also make some of the best friends he will ever have.
Oh and boot camp will be the easiest thing he ever does
