What filter are you using to give that HDR look to some of these?

I use a combination of gaussian blurs, sharpens, smart sharpens.
Adjust exposure and contrast greatly, pull back with saturation.
Sometimes I'll add noise filter before blurs.

Cut em out in PS, import the layers into the AE, then paste em frame by frame to the GIF/video.
