For 2 weeks I slept about 20+ hours a day, took pills and puffers 6X a day and that was pretty much all I woke up for.

It happens, it comes on quick.

Not to shit on Ben, but he was intentionally arrogant and abrasive during his career. He shit on every promotion he was in, while he was still in them. I'm sure he has lots of fans and admirers but he pissed off alot of people that are in a position to help now. It is a little surprising nobody inside the mma sphere is getting off the couch, but here we are.

My pneumonia lasted 7 days but it wasn't so bad they found it with chest x rays. in 2016 had blood in my phlegm and was sweating the most I ever sweated in my life it soaked my sheets. I had to lie in bed for 7 days I could not move I was on strong cough medicine for my non stop cough my chest was on fire.
