From my understanding, nothing so far is pointing to what he is charged with. Is he one of the worse human beings ever? Yes. Did he beat the shit out of his ex-girlfriend and rape her? Yes. These are all passed the statue of limitations. The RICO charges have yet to be addressed, but then again, this is only the first witness. I'd like to think there is rhyme and reason to this with the prosecutors.
