I think you're right. You can see SUVs front end dip like he's hard on the brakes, I assume it's a late right had lane change. Dude on bike is coming up way too fast, gets some brake wobbles and goes over the little curb losing control.Did this guy change lanes or something?

I like how the dude doing the recording just makes his own lane as he pulls up to the red light.
And the dude that wrecked was going WAY too fast. Riders blame idiots in their "cages" all the time, but if you are going to drive like a fucking idiot on 2 wheels you are just asking for trouble.
On my way to work I would routinely encounter a dude on a crotch-rocket doing about 110+ on the highway. Weaving in and out of cars, cutting over 4 lanes at a time. That's all over now though - 2 weeks ago he made a poor lane change and rode up underneath a truck. Dead on the spot.
