General Best new series(redux)

Then the last season came out and you were nowhere to be found. Didn't even tell anyone about the first seasons, innit.
E1 was ok - sad and depressing.
E2 has a lot of promise but was a disjointed mess because it felt like it was written by several different people & couldn't tell what story it wanted to tell.
E3 was fucking retarded for a million reasons - I didn't even finish it.
E4 was FANTASTIC! Far & away the best one. It was also a follow-up to an episode from a prior season, but I don't remember which. Really REALLY liked it.
E5 was well done, but sad and not very sci-fi. Giamatti acts his ass off, like usual.

The season was off, somehow. Either wife or I commented on it pretty much once per episode, but we couldn't quite pin down what vibe we were picking up on. The last episode exists solely as a pilot for the Renee Ballard series., which drops in July. We will check it out just to see if the characters from the Bosch series carry over.
Didn't know this was a series. Based on a novel by same guy who wrote the books that Silo is loosely based on. I liked the book.
Definitely not new, but if you like this style Stingray is great.

I might have to check it out. I liked the Silo books and the show is good. I also like that Lena Headey lady. Great actress and hot in a way I cannot really understand.
This shitshow finally wrapped up tonight. Damn good show for such bullshit of a "tale"...

She’s pretty decent in everything she’s in. She made a great villainess in “Dredd”. IIRC she was Sarah Conner in the short-lived Terminator TV series. Of course her career defining role is her stint as Circe Lannister on GoT.
