Yeah, 2 things can be true. He's definitely a fucking creep, but he got caught up and railroaded during a time of social insanity. Just like Cosby. Total piece of shit but they did it wrong expecting their kangaroo court to stand.

I don't look up to her. She's a few years younger than me. I haven't really learnt anything from her. It's more like she's caught up to where I'm at. But she is smart IQ wise and reasonably knowledgeable.
I do trust here. One of the very few. I think she legitimately dosent give a fuck what people think. I don't think she dose things for clicks but just go wherever the evidence leads her. This is a perfect example of that.

As someone recently pointed out on another thread on here, it's not so much that women were willing to have sex with Weinstein to get lucrative roles that is the problem. It's whether he used the threat - stated or implied - that he had the power to absolutely destroy their career before it had ever really started, if they refused to slobber on his knob. If that's what occurred, then it's coercion, not just paying for a service.
Let's not forget that actors & actresses can toil away for years - sometimes decades - in the hope of getting that one big break that will be their springboard to stardom.

I think he's a piece of shit. But the real victims in all of this were the women who had enough self-respect to walk away even if it meant indie films or stage work instead. I consider the Me-Too harpies that were media darlings co-conspirators, not victims.

Weinstein being such a fat gross slob makes the actresses and other women in Hollywood look to even worse. The fact that the Meryl Streeps, Oprahs, and Big Mikes get off scott free after publicly worshipping him is the real crime.

I've been waiting for the full interview to drop. If he doesn't name names it's meaningless.
Why? What benefit would that be to him? Do you think he should have the mindset of "Well, everyone else was doing it, so why am I the only one paying for it?" rather than "I did wrong, and now I'm paying for it."
