He is standing on the potential damage in the photo, so you wouldn't see it there. If the rental company gave the car a quick once over, then deemed it as fine, they can still charge him money based on this incriminating photo if anomalies are present when they reinspect the hood. No deposit would have been needed since they have his or his manager's credit card on file with the paperwork. They can even charge for reduction in resale value with exotics since repainting any portion makes it worth less since it is no longer original. If this were a collision it would be different since those are covered by insurance and deemed as an "accident." Him climbing onto the hood and standing on it is anything but an "accident."used to work for them, so yeah lol. Andlook at the douche rainbowing me for being right lol
the funny thing is, there's no damage in the photo, and if there's no damage when it's turned in, they have no grounds to stand on.. atleast from my prior experience here in teh states. Dunno about rental laws in the UK/Ireland.
I guess you're not able to see that there's no indentations underneath his feet, nor was there any damage when returned.. so.. I'm sure you and the rental company will have a lot to go on. Again, there needs to be anomalies for them to go on.. which looking at that, there more than likely isnt any. It's people making something truly out of nothing. He is standing on the potential damage in the photo, so you wouldn't see it there. Funny they mention him treating this as if it were his. There is no possible way he would she'll out that kind of money for a car and stand on the hood. He treated this as a rental, imo.
That was the 90s, bro. It was a crazy time for everybody.I got banned from Hertz for doing the same thing to a Geo Metro.
Conor missed the rental contract fine print..."if nate diaz made you tap....you lose your deposit"I guess you're not able to see that there's no indentations underneath his feet, nor was there any damage when returned.. so.. no cars lose a lot of value second handwouldnt it have been better for him to buy the car to drive while there then to sell it as the car he drove with signatures all over it.
As big as he is supposed to be world wide id think his name attached to the car would up the actual value of 250k.
