Huge movement in judo, simulating a throw. Looks ridiculous but it extremely effective.
You are correct that movement is very common in judo... However judo has a lovely heavy gi you can do those movements whilst holding. Mma doesn't. So very strange thing to practice

Is Rogan's kettlebell technique bad or is it just the intensity and funny faces? He always struck me as someone who cares about proper technique, and he's worked with kettlebell gurus before. I'm not saying it's perfect, because as I said earlier I'm ignorant on the subject. Can anyone here shed some light?
I'd say its kinda poor form...he's showing off with the weight that's why. If he did that regularly (even a couple of days maybe) his forearms would probably be all bruised up. Considering the weight, it is acceptable form.
