Cyborg ‘cited for battery’ after striking Magana

TMZ is reporting that officers have “made contact with Cyborg,” who was apparently unwilling to comment on Magana’s accusations. TMZ also reports that Cyborg was “cited for battery and will have to appear in court,” and that police were able to view surveillance footage of the altercation.

Magana, it seems, was taken to the hospital and treated for a laceration on the inside of her lip as well as being diagnosed with “acute head injury” and “cervical strain.” Bloody Elbow will continue to provide updates on this story as it unfolds.
