I used to take it a couple of time a week, diluting it with water, and it was still brutal. Such a nasty ass taste. I may get back on a routine of taking it though because it has a bunch of health benefits (reduces cholesterol, etc)
One of my former coworkers, forklift operator out in the warehouse, keeps a bottle at work and takes a spoonful with his lunch daily. He’s in great shape and never sick. He’s pushing 50, looks like he’s in his 30s.

He is a Brother, so I guess you got grade on a curve for that. Black don’t crack! 🤣

Apple cider vinegar does the same thing, but it burns like acid reflux as it goes down. Instant relief the second it hits your stomach.
Missed this post, you were ahead of me & spot on.
BTW homemade ACV doesn't burn on the way down, mixed with 4oz. water, and isn't disgusting :)

I used to slam a shot glass in the morning before work. Basically went to work angry, lol. I was doing it for joint inflammation. God I fucking hated it.
Between that and the cold showers I was all fired up when I got there.

I often combine apple cider vinegar, baking soda and lemon juice with water - it’s an acquired taste, but really reduces inflammation- no idea about reflex

Yeah that's exactly what I have. It's fucking brutal, even diluted. i just hold my breath and hope for the best.
What if I pour some on some fries with salt or add x amount onto a cup of bbq sauce and dip some nuggies in em? Tabasco has a ton of vinegar and tastes delicious.

I think eating pickled stuff might have a similar effect
I eat pickled stuff year round and never have reflux or whatever, and I don't try to eat real clean or anything

Or maybe you could wait for your nuts to drop and then drink it like a fucking man.

Friendly reminder...

Sleeping on the left side can help reduce nighttime acid reflux symptoms. This position is recommended because it can help prevent stomach acid from flowing back into the esophagus, reducing heartburn and discomfort. It also allows for faster acid clearance from the esophagus compared to other sleeping positions.

The left side is the only way I can sleep and that may be the reason other than my nose being stuffed on the right on allergy season.
