if that actually happens, what a terrible precedent, don't claim something, then claim it was the docs fault, even though you are asked the direct question, then find a doc to say you needed it. Wow..imo they would lose ALL credibility if they let that happen. To me not claiming is one of the biggest things. Of course the story is bullshit, but....not claiming speaks volumes.
