The guy with the hat reminds me of those people who deliberately get into arguments with cops and then film themselves giving the "I know my rights" speech. Technically they may be correct, but in general if you deliberately piss people off they will become angry, and if they're in a position to make your life more difficult then they will do so.
They aren't much better than those "nuisance streamers" like Johnny Somali (a total douchebag who may actually have to face the consequences of his actions after being arrested in South Korea recently).
