If he's not suspended by USADA for some reason, it's my understanding (based on tweets I've read) that he can reapply in March of 2019 for a new license. There's also this minor detail:

Still, Jon should not have saying anything, he admitted to alot of things that completely undermined his "I'm trying to change", even got called out for it.
There was a moment where one of the commisioners said "that comes back to you" as in, you're talking only about how it effects you and Jon proceeds to do the same thing after he finished.
There was one moment where he said "I would never admit to taking steroids" then quickly realized how bad that sounded and tried to reword things...
He even admitted to lying and not actually reading the things he signed, but having his management do it for him.

Looks like they're basically saying he can fight again after august whenever usada says so, and usada works for the ufc, so maybe it's csac's way of playing nice and keeping the ufc, or a jones fight, possibly in ca. I guess????
