Is it expensive to have supplements checked yourself?

It would be a fucking pain in the ass to send a sample of everything to a testing center before ingestion but it could avoid these positive results when the fighter has no clue what is going in their body
Usada should provide free tests of every fighters supplements anytime they choose to use one.......Jones has been fucked twice now by this malarkey

I think they (really the ufc, not usada — if usada did it they’d be paying for fighters to not get in trouble as much, thus losing even more money (less fines, cost of test)) should do it because then fighters can’t say “oh I got a tainted supplement.” It makes it more certain that the fighter(s) chose to cheat

Like Onetrickpony @Onetrickpony said... There is a big list of things that are proven to be historically clean available. Jeff Novitzky mentioned on the Rogan Podcast that if someone is going to use a supplement then they need to be careful with what they buy. If it says it's 3rd Party tested then even if proven to have something in it after the fact, the fighter will most likely get a slap on the wrist because they did what they could as far as choosing as wisely as they can based on the info available.

If someone, I'm looking at you Jon Jones, buys something online from a site that also sells super shady shit then you're going to have a hard time getting off without a suspension.
