That's like judging Fergusons talent based off his fight with Vanatta, or Pico vs Freeman. Just like us mortals these guys have a bad day at the office from time to time.

You know your fighters, it's just a matter of time before you start to see past in antics and book a face tattoo appointment.

Pico got beat by a bigger experienced fighter and moved down weight..Lando was a last second replacement...Perry was exposed in the fact that he can't box at range without loading up every punch or cut off the cage or use his head movement to cover ground to get inside... he looked so akward trying to throw punches from a mile away.. he's still that same fighter..he beat Jake ellenberger in the pocket where he can win.. he won't beat an elite wrestler or a technical striker at range.. I'm not hating on the dude I just know when I see a guy that's 1 demensional...I remember nobody liked him when his corner was yelling racist shit vs Asian fighter..but he beats a couple guys and talks a little now he's ther next big thing... it's not even been a year ago that he was looking like a bafoon stumbling around the cage swinging at air vs jouban who's not even in the top 20... does he have such power that could knock out anybody? Yes... will be be able to? No...I wish they would put Nick vs Perry and you'll see what I'm talking about.. he would get hit 100x and would be bum rushing like a mad child vs a guy that he can't draw into a brawl..

I agree, while I like perry's antics, there are some serious holes in his game that were and will be exposed by more well rounded fighters or technical strikers

What Nick are you referring to?

I agree Perry has a ton of work to do but if peoples arguement is "Jouban beat him, so there..." then that's flimsy at best. We've already had lots of examples of great fighters looking like shit against mid tier guys and Perry is another one. I like Perry the same way I like Cerrone. Chances of them being labeled best ever are not high but I'll never miss a fight as they have an exciting style and personality that keeps me entertained.

As far as guys being 1 dimensional there's been plenty who have the same problem but still have great success. Brock, Maia, Jacare, Rousey are just a few. We will find out over time if Perry is actually learning how to round out his game, I'm certain he saw all the same holes we did in his fight with Jouban and hope he's learned how to tighten them up.

No but i think hes content being a point fighter and hes has a tendency to be inactive. Skillwise ive always been a fan and hes being a little more exciting with his #easymoney campaign

I disagree...Jorge has the tendency to stand and throw down with dudes that he feels deserve it. Cowboy was one of them...I think he could build up that emotion for Perry and have a really good dog fight with him. Not saying who would win...just saying I think it would be a great fight.
