ESPN is apparently buying the NFL Network, as well as the RedZone channel.
They also just signed a deal with WWE for all their PPVs to be broadcast on ESPN for the next 5 years starting in 2026, too.
They (ESPN) is launching a new streaming service next month & charging $30/month for it, so looks like they're spending a bunch of $$$ to fill it up.

I assume he means the NFL's focus on streaming platforms and content distribution are shaping them up to be not just a sports league, but a media company.
Still, he's a fucking tool. Start generating 8 or 9 times your current revenue, then you can call those companies your competition.

Point is if a player supplies/uses it on their own, fine. They don't want the league or teams to be held liable for providing a substance that can help players hide concussions.
