One of the trashiest things I've seen in a long time.
If a guy acted like her, we would all be okay with that driver turning around and popping the dude in the mouth. When she starts threatening violence and slapping at him all I could think was he would be totally in the right to just drag her ass out of that car.
Every Uber driver should get a dash cam like this guy has.

Only one that I can remember, but it didn't escalate to this point.
In my situation it was a Jewish girl from NY who wanted to add a stop at McDonald's and expected me to wait outside while she got food (which she probably thought she was gonna eat in my car). I told her she can add a stop but that I was not required to wait for her.
She was drunk so she started to get a little belligerent. I calmly told her that she misunderstood how Uber works and that I, the driver, could end the ride at any point and tell her to get out of my car. Then she came to her senses and started playing nice.
As we were getting closer to her destination, she asked if I could stop at a CVS so she could use the bathroom. I said sure because I didn't want an accident in my car.
She begged me not to leave her there, so I waited until she was out of sight before I ended the trip and left.

Idk why people think chargers are a requirement. Uber recommends them, but their cheap asses damn sure don't pay for them. I have two 6' iPhone cables and one 6' micro USB cable that I put in the back seat as a convenience, and all it's helped me achieve is a 4.9 driver rating (which means nothing because the minimum-required rating is 4.6).
They also "suggest" giving bottled water to riders, which I've never done. You've got me fucked if you think I'm gonna lug around a fucking cooler with ice that eats into my profits.
Buy your own fucking water or suffer from dehydration.

One time I got into an Uber and the guy had a tablet hanging from the back of the seat that I could use. It was pretty damn cool. He had the main screen only have Spotify and a web browser.
That way you could pick stuff off of Spotify to play while riding.
That guy was going above and beyond.

Also, screw a bottle of water. Nobody cares about that and it is a consumable item.

On a serious note...This makes me glad I only do UberEATS..Sure my car stinks like a hostile combination of Indian food, deep fried shit and pizza for 4 hours after I finish a shift, but food doesn't get drunk or talk shit to me.
