Her first two weeks on WWE TV & Ronda has meant nothing in the ratings.
Her publicity has not turned into viewers.

I don’t get the logic behind thinking that someone who got viciously ko’ed, ran crying into a pillow from the media, disappeared from the public eye for months only to reemerge to get flat lined again would still have the same kind of drawing power is fucking crazy. Her first two weeks on WWE TV & Ronda has meant nothing in the ratings.

She got a shitload of publicity for signing with WWE.I don’t get the logic behind thinking that someone who got viciously ko’ed, ran crying into a pillow from the media, disappeared from the public eye for months only to reemerge to get flat lined again would still have the same kind of drawing power is fucking crazy.

Excellent point(s)She really screwed up by not speaking to the media or her fans after
those losses. Even turned me off and I loved me some Honda. I don't see
how she expects her fans to follow her when she wouldnt even speak to them
Very interesting though with the viewership. The whole arena was shouting her name in herExcellent point(s)
You hit it on the headVery interesting though with the viewership. The whole arena was shouting her name in her
debut seems odd it wouldnt translate to higher viewership? In your opinion... any insight on how
that could happen?
Ahh makes sense. I can also see a scenario where only WWE fans thatYou hit it on the head
Very few of her fans cared to tune in.
They can see clips ASAP on the net.
They know it is not a match until Mania.
Also, I heard "whole arenas" chant in WWE. She had partial at best
This is a whole arena chanting
I wonder if the network does bigger numbers for Mania?Ahh makes sense. I can also see a scenario where only WWE fans that
were casual MMA fans would tune in. Speaking from the horses mouth us
hardcore Honda MMA fans are still too butthurt to support her after not
speaking to us. LOL
Time will definitely tell. I do wish her the best. I just can't support her like I useI wonder if the network does bigger numbers for Mania?
But, yes it certainly doesn't seem like all the publicity is popping a rating.
She did help the walk-up on the first RAW from Cali that she was on.
But a huge reason this is happening is they wanted an uptrend on ratings when they start negotiating in April
I'm no RR fan but I wish everyone does wellTime will definitely tell. I do wish her the best. I just can't support her like I use
to after the way she handled things. I mean what if she doesn't do well in WWE?
Is she gonna go dark and not speak to her WWE fans too?
Will be intersting to see how this plays out.
I think she has the mentality to excel at whatever she sets her mind to.I'm no RR fan but I wish everyone does well
WWE, UFC, Bellator, etc.
She supposedly takes the training seriously, so I respect that.
If WWE fans turn on her, she can just be a heel & run with that.
What happened in MMA was different.
She loved all the gifs/memes of her embarrassing others.
The minute it was about her being embarrassed, she thought fans were cruel & cried.
How about Bethe, Cat, etc?
Those were OK?
But WWE being 'staged' should not have the same effect on her.
Great back/forth my manI think she has the mentality to excel at whatever she sets her mind to.
It also eats her up inside though. She'd be an awesome heel too and according
to her its what she always wanted to be anyway
Ronda didn't create movement so the other girl had to.That was brutal. I haven’t watched pro wrestling in 20 years.... is it common for a wrestler to lift their leg high up in the air like that to allow their opponent to lift/throw them, or was this really just a shit show?
Hopefully the pub helps the network subs at leastDue to Rousey's debut, the mainstream interest in WrestleMania is at the highest level in years, even if ticket sales aren't, with a number of major outlets looking at covering the show for her angle. The secondary market, in particular, is not doing well. Right now the production crew is going to be going crazy as there are plans for three documentaries to be shot, one on WrestleMania itself, one on Undertaker's comeback and the obvious one on Rousey's debut. Rousey's debut also has gotten major interest from both ESPN and Fox Sports, and they also want to shoot a number of Table for 3 episodes that weekend, including pitching one for Rousey
Not good at all.... but definitely improving from her first couple showings.Still looking awkward.
Hopefully it gets smoother
Nice to see her back in some kinda action. I'm confused as hell though.
I never heard that about her knees, but you are correct it will be tough on her if she actually does do a full scheduleNice to see her back in some kinda action. I'm confused as hell though.
She said her knees have been shot since she was 16 and was one of the
reasons she never shot double legs or wrasslin moves in MMA.
This is gonna be more stress on her knees then anything in MMA ever would be
Yeah she's said in a few interviews her knees were shot when she was 16I never heard that about her knees, but you are correct it will be tough on her if she actually does do a full schedule
