If true, President dipshit is gonna have to reverse his transgender ban, else he won't have enough bodies to fight his 3 wars....

Of course there is the scuttlebutt around contracting Afghanistan out to private mercenary companies and letting them hold down the resources over there.

We'll see what happens I guess. It is very discouraging though.

Isn't that the ban that had never been lifted because the military said they needed more time to evaluate before allowing it?

When the ban on trans people serving was lifted, Mr Carter gave the military until the beginning of this month (July 2017) to develop policies that would allow people who already identify as transgender to newly join the military, if they meet physical, medical and other standards, and have been stable in their identified genders for 18 months. Military chiefs recently announced a delay on allowing transgender people from enlisting, pushing back that decision until December.

You can't "reverse" something if its not in place.

Yes, you can reverse something not yet enacted. Pleas re-read the quote and understand the context of Carter's June 2016 statement and the events that followed.
