Interesting. Never seen one in my life. Thoughts on the mass flooding in multiple states?
I think it's been a pretty rare occurrence in Texas and Arizona, but it's happened before plenty of times. The area in Texas is known as "flash flood alley" for a reason. Raleigh floods all the time, especially during the summer, as do many other cities in the south during the summer months. The flooding in Raleigh was caused by the remnants of tropical storm chantal. Outer bands of that storm hit my parents and they got a few inches of rain in a very short period of time, too. Storms regularly blow through that dump lots of rain. It's why Southern states are as humid as the devil's asshole all summer long.
Do I think they're fucking with the weather? Without a doubt. but these recent events haven't aroused too much of my suspicion, yet.
YET.
