Garcia was pulled over in Tennessee with the 8 illegals. Garcia claimed he borrowed his boss's SUV to take the illegals from Texas to a construction job site in Maryland. All illegals claimed their home address was the same as Garcia's, in Maryland. It's a 3 day trip and there was zero luggage in the car. So if the story was true, they would have had to travel from Maryland to Texas to begin with, then back again. Again, no luggage. Garcia faked like he didn't speak english as well as he actually spoke it. No one in the car, other than Garcia, had any identification, which was an expired "limited term temporary license" (which is what Maryland issues illegals for a driver's license). The SUV was modified to hold more people than it was designed to, and the police had never seen that configuration before. Garcia's "boss", the car owner, is a convicted human smuggler.
Why wasn't he arrested on the spot? Are you aware of Biden's policies for illegals? The cops could have arrested them all, done mountains of paperwork for days with a bunch of guys faking like they don't speak english, and before the first page of the report would have been filled out, all illegals would have been released.

At the end of the video I posted it said Biden's people said to let them go and ICE never showed up after the law enforcement agents called them too...

Great explanation and probably was knowingly helping a human smuggler do just that. If his license was expired he should be issued a ticket for that. Besides that, he was inside of the US the whole time the passengers unless they were committing illegal acts or anything illegal was found in the car, you don't bother them. They're passengers.

He probably should have been deported years ago. It didn't happen, now they're digging for minor infractions. This could have happened to an Uber driver with a regular driver's license, then used against them years later for another case.

This couldn't have happened to an Uber driver. The Uber driver would have shown the police his Uber credentials, who booked the transit (ie. which occupant did, along with a name) if asked, and he would have been cited for his infraction, or given a warning. This isn't apples to apples at all.

It's not apples to apples but close. He was an unlicensed taxi, I still don't connect that to human trafficking. Either way it's a minor incident. It doesn't supersede his other issues but human trafficking is a stretch unless the people in the vehicle say they were being trafficked.

Definition:

Human trafficking is the illegal exploitation of people through force, fraud, or coercion for the purposes of forced labor, sexual exploitation, or other forms of involuntary servitude. It is considered a form of modern-day slavery.

There are three main types of human trafficking:
  1. Sex trafficking – Individuals are coerced or deceived into engaging in commercial sex acts.
  2. Labor trafficking – Victims are forced to work under threat or manipulation, often in industries like agriculture, construction, or domestic work.
  3. Child trafficking – Involves the recruitment, transportation, or exploitation of children, sometimes for begging, armed conflict, or illegal adoption.
There is no evidence of human trafficking on his part. He could have been the retard that was an unlicensed taxi or did his boss a favor from another industry. We are in a country that there is reasonable doubt and due process. You can't convict someone from an article unless there was indisputable evidence.

Don't get me wrong, he should/could have been deported years ago for other reasons but this is a traffic infraction.

Screenshot is for me and five of my friends to hop on an Uber from central NJ to La Guardia Airport (across state lines).

No way. An Uber has designated passengers and can deny the ride if illegal. They took them in for a reason. This is how its done every day here. They split up into vehicles and see who gets through. Its never been a controversy until Trump was elected.

Wrong. They have no say, ever. He's gonna have a said amount of cash on him and will always take jail time. Each person he has on him adds time and no one will ever squeal. If you hear some youtuber ask if a particular taco vendor is sending money to Mexico for his family. That sounds like an honorable gesture to an American. He is paying out his and his family's future slave wages to cross. That coyote is part of the traffic and they dont deserve justice. They deserve every minute in that El Salvador prison.
