Rocky Marcianos Book of Boxing and Bodybuilding. So many great tips and pointers, released in 1957, no doubt Bruce Lee modeled his Tao of Jeet Kune Do off Rocky's book.

I'd like to have a read of that.

Shit vid doesn't do it justice. He absolutely fucken clocked him one with a flying knee. Homeboy couldn't get up and was counted out.

2 minutes after it ended he's kicked off saying he's okay to carry on. I don't think he realized he was knocked out.
