Ban bigot too.
In the right context, yes i think it can be a slur. If unfounded it could be damaging. If true however i wouldn't think of it as a slur. What do you think?
personally, i have pretty thick skin. but at the same time, i cannot stand double standards. ok so f** is hurtful to gays. what if bigot is hurtful to someone that doesnt agree. doesnt make them any less human.

I'm just trying to figure out how this whole thing works
Just because someone posts a joke (albeit apparently mine was in poor taste) doesn't mean they actually believe what was said.

I don't wish to truly offend anyone, however there's always going to be someone offended by most jokes.

I have no malice in my heart for any group of people... Except terrorists. Fuck those guys.

I know you are joking, and I have a lot more to say on this subject that I don't have time for, but...

Transgender vaginoplasty, or male to female sex reassignment surgery, doesn't just cut it off.

Sex reassignment surgery (male-to-female) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The penis and scrotom are used to create a surgical flap that is then formed into a neo-vagina. This includes a functional clitoris.

I'll spare you the full surgical pictures, but since this thread is marked NSFW:

Thanks for the info, but made me wince.

I wonder if the trans people ever miss their penis? Take Fallon Fox for example: he was a straight guy (into women), then he became a woman. But of course he's still into women, so now he's a lesbian.

So he spent many years using his penis. Even if he is now happy with his reassignment surgery (and more power to him if he is), I bet he still misses having that penis.

Because that's another thing with transgenders... no more orgasms. That has to do a number on the brain.

I don't mind it, whatever helps them alleviate that stress in their mind. I can't even fathom what the thought process is there.

The suicide rate among transgendered people is real high too so its got to be tough going through that.

Transgender study looks at 'exceptionally high' suicide-attempt rate - latimes

41% of people who are transgender have attempted suicide

A whopping 41% of people who are transgender or gender-nonconforming have attempted suicide sometime in their lives, nearly nine times the national average, according to a sweeping survey released three years ago.

In a new study released Tuesday, researchers dug deeper into that number, analyzing the results of the National Transgender Discrimination Survey to examine what puts transgender people at such "exceptionally high" risk.

Researchers from the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention and the Williams Institute at UCLA School of Law found that the risk of attempting suicide was especially severe for transgender or gender nonconforming people who had suffered discrimination or violence, such as being physically or sexually assaulted at work or school.
