Really pathetic these titles got held up by the likes of Bisping, Mcgregor, (now)GSP etc.
Jacare should've carried the belt for at least awhile, it's a great division tainted by greed and Mousasi's departure.
Green and Koch is a worthy prelim main.
And Bermudez & Fili is a healthy co-main.
Other than that nothing really jumps out here.
If Souza loses here(& he very well could), he may never wear UFC gold.
Either way, we might very well see that long-awaited Anderson/GSP superfight for the title next, as Anderson's last fight was a win(on paper) over Brunson.
WME's UFC is starving for big numbers, and that would do some.

Why?
The UFC has 0 qualms letting the title sit for a year, which happens to be Anderson's standard "punishment".
Is there a 2nd offense minimum?

He's not gonna get Conor, he's not gonna get Mayweather, he won't fight Woodley, obviously won't fight Whitaker.
Not gonna fight Rockhold or Romero.

Technically there is a standard starting point for a second offense.

Important to note that this would be his first offense under USADA though.

It's either GSP/Nate or GSP/Andy.
Andy's offense date is probably Feb.11'ish 2017.
I can see a 15 mo. Suspension and a July card.

Did they release what was in his system this time? I can't remember. Some things carry a shorter standard start than others. He may have a 1 year substance or an anabolic is typically 2 years.

My wife and I started together but a herniated disc in my neck prevented me from taking it as far as she is. I no longer train but she does 2-3 times per week. :)

Also the gym is ATT Orlando where Mike Perry also goes to for some MMA and BJJ training. When we started there two years ago, no one of notable fame was there but they built it up from nothing and now they have some killers. It’s great to see them do so well and I sincerely wish I could get over my neck issue and continue to train. I’m thinking of doing some strength training before attempting to go back. I’ve become rather soft and tire too easily which makes for a difficult return. :-/

I am going to this tomorrow with my son and a buddy of mine. It will be the first UFC for both of them, I am not sure which one of them is more excited. Jordan Rinaldi has come train with us a bunch; great guy. Hoping to see him and Derek Brunson win in front of a hometown crowd!
