Kennedy was let go from his USCCA position the other day and the torches are out for him. People saw him on the staccato vid and the internet got riled up, that post is damage control before it got out of hand.

Tim's name is mud in the gun community these days.
Grifters gonna grift.

He was on a podcast and said gun control was the solution, then doubled down on it later.

He keeps finding new ways to be unpopular.

I thought it was because he was publicly stating things that were not true regarding his military experience.

Which podcast are you referring to? Do you have a link?

Can't recall, watched some other pod that showed the clips. Thought it was known around here that he was pro gun control. He's made those kind of comments a few times. The stolen valor stuff doesn't help but it's unrelated to this issue.

I believe these companies are distancing themselves from Tim K. because of all the controversy surrounding the claims in his book and his own personal statements; which includes awards for valor from his various deployments and being injured in combat but not having a purple heart on his record.

The Anti-hero podcast The Antihero Podcast really went after him and broke down some of his claims from his book and even brought in his former teammates and I think CO or team leader to refute his accounts. Tim's rebuttals were IMO pretty weak....mostly consisting of they're jealous and trying to capitalize on his fame for clicks and how he didn't have anyone in his chain of command to document his injuries BUT will get it all sorted out because he's bad at staying on top of that kind of stuff.

Dunno what the truth is but it's not looking good for Tim. He even claimed to have held an injured child in his arms all night long but one of his teammates on the Podcast said it wasn't Tim. If I remember correctly; it was the person recalling the event or another teammate that held the child and Tim never touched her.

Brent Tucker (SP?), former Delta is one of the co-hosts and the one who did the deep dive into Tim's book and contacted his former teammates and others. He's also gonna come out with another episode that covers the withdrawal from Afghanistan and Tim's involvement.

Brent previously went hard on Rob O'Neil's account of the Bin Laden raid and calls him a liar about shooting Bin Laden. That episode was interesting cause he brought some technical insight and questions, based on his experiences at Delta that most would not even know to think of or question.

There are some other podcasts that have also covered Tim's claims but they often also refer back to the Anti-hero podcast.

According to Brent, there are some in command that want to pull Tim's tab.

*Don't ask me list all of Tim's claims -- there's a lot. Read his book and if you're a vet/currently serving, some will stand out and be questionable. OR listen to the various Anti-hero episodes that specifically cover Tim.

I think he's really only going to take a look at the changes made by the executive branch under the previous administration. That's the stuff he can change immediately. He can also make some of his own changes, but during his previous administration he basically only banned bump stocks, so I don't expect a lot from this.

I'd like to see the ATF and FBI reviewed by DOGE and changes be made there. Even that has issues because many states have passed their own laws that make Americans less safe and continue to do so.

Unsure at this time, but I expect SEVERAL people will be freed from prison as outlined in the latter video.Truly a Pam Bondi litmus test.
