Vanilla Bean Soup. I'll think about it. Juan month is an enormous commitment.
I decided to skip the bison burger in favor of beer. I'll have the burger tomorrow since I already bought and defrosted everything for it. So... (I didn't cook it)
I'm currently watching Yellowstone, and going to watch nice looking things explode while hoping to meet other nice looking things that don't explode (well, outside of my bed).

My new cutting board just arrived and it's pretty sweet. The design features a sloping board and high walls to collect all the juices. No more issues with the juice grooves overflowing and making a mess. You can pick it up and tilt to the side and forward to pour the juices into a cup or serving tray without it going everywhere.

I was thinking about making a street huevos florentine fusion but I'm gonna have to wait for the morning due the egg rule. I'll have to settle for some papas a la trois to tide me over.
