Like a child, no ability to think ahead and make rational decisions. He could have stopped and got cuffed because that was the only way it was going to go, but instead he chose to get tased, bounce his head off of the pavement and then get cuffed.

I'm not proud of it, but then again it wasn't up to me at all, but until the day I turned 18 my mom grifted every way imaginable including food stamps. She even filed a complaint against my dad when I was living with him because he wasn't paying child support. Almost got him arrested at work over it. She didn't care about anyone.
Moved in with my grandparents at 14 and my dad just started sending the money there, my grandad just banked it all for me without ever telling me til I was 18 & gave it to me.
During that time she filed another complaint about the child support and my dad pointed out it would probably fuck up her other scams so she backed down.
She died having never paid a dime on her student loans (masters in art).
When people talk about the entitled class I point to my mom as exhibit A.

That's a lot of crime for 12% of the population (6% if we're being realistic since it's males, and a much smaller percentage if we want to pin point the age in which most crimes are being committed).
