Do you see how you may be pushing this in a certain direction? The only information that we have is that Todd Duffee heard a rumor, now we are talking about people getting to him and telling him to retract it. Why would they need to do that, since they're anonymous?

Whether or not the rumors are true, it's 100% a shitty thing to do on Todd Duffee's part.

The thing is that people have already ran with the story and ignored his slight backtracking. That's why it's so dangerous and irresponsible that he did it. The people who don't like Jon (for mostly justified reasons) don't want to hear the doubt. They hear a "maybe" and that's all they need.

seems like damage control...he may very well have been threatened with a slander lawsuit like you are kinda hinting at

If I were Jon's team and there was no truth to this, I would go after Duffee, yes. This can effect Jon's already damaged reputation, and it was based on rumors. He called them trolls in a reply to someone, and it didn't seem like it was a real change in tune more than a clarification. Him deleting the tweets seems like someone may have talked to him though. Like I said, if Jon did it then he deserves a BIG punishment, but Duffee is a scumbag no matter how this pans out.

I dont even get why people do that. You know it's been screenshot, so why even bother. Regarding Jones...I guess nothing would shock me with the guy, but he would have to be one the dumbest people on the planet to be taking anything while suspended. He gets popped again and his career is over IMO. But if he is able to stay clean, he could go down as the GOAT.

I completely agree. He erased it like it's gonna clean his hands of it. Can't put the toothpaste back in the tube. It's all over Twitter, and it has been all day.

dont know that aspect, but if your caught one time they should make it so uncomfortable and test at every chance
