It’s ok, but if memory serves me correctly, you probably might not be caring too much about it.is it ok to beat off while doing this diet? asking for a friend.

"It was concluded that high biliary protein concentrations are frequently associated with cholesterol crystals and may, therefore, be a possible risk factor in the pathogenesis of cholesterol gallstones." ~ Jeff at Dominos on Colfax Ave.

Sounds like OMAD (One Meal A Day). You lift at all? If so, how's it working out for you with getting enough protein? Has your weight been steady with that lifestyle? For the most part, i only eat once per day. I guess it’s intermittent fasting. Two cans of diet dew, then water all day. Usually eat around 10:00 or 11:00pm. I eat whatever i want, but usually not a lot. I sometimes get hungry in the morning, but once i push through that i don’t usually notice again.
But i still feel like hammered shit every day.
OMAD seems like a good way to describe it. I’ve been doing it for some years now. It wasn’t really a decision i made. Went through some shit and was super depressed and anxious. I stopped eating for a while and that kind of jump started it. Prior to that, i done quite the opposite. I ate several small “meals” per day and got lots of protein. That’s definitely the better way, for me. I had more energy and felt strong. The OMAD is great for weight loss, but i always feel tired and weak.Sounds like OMAD (One Meal A Day). You lift at all? Did you drink a lot during depressed and anxious times?OMAD seems like a good way to describe it. I’ve been doing it for some years now. It wasn’t really a decision i made. When shit gets real bad that can happen. I’ve had to check myself a couple times over the years. Generally, i really don’t drink much. I have a few beers when golfing or working on cars, and I usually have a couple shots before bed to help sleep, but seldom get drunk. Haven’t been to a bar in probably 15 years.Did you drink a lot during depressed and anxious times?
4%????????Of all the tings that never happen this never happens the most.
You cannot go 72+ hours without water lol
Tell the truth and maybe I'll buy what your selling.
You cannot fast from water. It's not possible
The human body is at least 4% water FYI
