Practice tonight... only 3 of us so got a ton of time pulling... my arms are fucking COOKED.
Slowly starting to pick up some techniques. Really reminds me of BJJ in how much an inch movement can completely change an entire position.
Still being held away from too much side pressure or press as both are a good way for a new guy with strength can snap an arm. I feel like I'm built to press though.
Probably strongest in the hook, currently... and my lat drag, especially in the strap, is pretty tough to contain.
