My assumption is it will be revoked. That behavior was way out-of-bounds for a captain responsible for taking people out on the open waters.

LOL at thinking it's cool to jump on another dude's boat - no matter what he said to you. He's lucky he didn't get shot in the face with a flare gun. No different than a dude forcing his way into your house or jumping into your car. That's a line you don't cross and all self-defense measures are legal.

My assumption is the kid is lying and he had his lights off - then yelled when the dude passed under the bridge full-throttle.
Both were likely at fault for being asshole fishermen.

Charter captain was arrested and charged with burglary with assault or battery, non-forced entry. Attorney is trying to blame a traumatic brain injury suffered in combat that resulted in him being %100 disabled as a catalyst for his behavior. More charges are anticipated along with review of his charter license and disability claim.

Either give up the license via unstable and disabled or plea stable and able and eat the charge.

The lesson to be learned here though is put your anchor light on.

It's like not using your indicator lights at an intersection. Then complaining about how you got hit .
Dude that boarded the vessel was a fuck wit but the guy was in the wrong for not having his anchor light on.( or not having one at all).
If there was an accident and 5 people drowned it would have been bro boys fault.

Harassment of hunter/fishers

Registering recreational vessel used commercially

Careless operation of a vessel

No saltwater charter fishing license

Improper display of vessel registration
