Every highlight I saw was a poorly thrown ball that Hunter made some amazing play on.

Agreed - running is probably the wrong way to describe him. I didn't mean like a 2-way threat like Lamar. I was speaking more to being "elusive" in the pocket. But I didn't watch much (any?) Colorado football. And you are right - now that I'm watching more film on him - he sucks in the pocket too. I guess I assumed that some of his dad's athleticism wore off on him.
That's his biggest question mark, pocket presence... and decision making. Which I suppose go hand in hand. He makes some bone head decisions trying to extend plays.

That being said he completed 72% of his passes over the entirety of his college career, that's elite. Sorry but I can't buy the "dogshit accuracy" claims.

I'm no film guy but a lot of people have said it's because he'd rather take the sack instead of throwing it away.

You don't have to buy it.
I'm going off the clips they keep showing as highlights. That's it. Over half of them are drops or INTs if the dude on the route isn't named Travis Hunter.

I could be way off base just because of my sample size. 72% is solid.

I wonder if any of it is that he played in the Big 12?
Colorado played (arguably) one good team last year and that was BYU in the bowl game.
Sanders was 16/23 for 208; 2 TDs and 2 INTs.

3rd and 3. Down 10 from the 7. Loss of 23 yards.

I admit that's a cherry-picked garbage play, but that's a bad look.

We’ve seen this several times over the last few years. Where a loudmouth obnoxious Father tries to use his influence to get his kid drafted higher than he really deserves to be. Lorenzo Ball, Lebron, now Deion.
This is like a market correction

they don’t realize it, but they’re actually damaging their kids careers, not helping them

Raiders love fast receivers who have route trees that look like telephone poles.

So who are the teams slated to select QBs that haven't taken a QB yet?

I want to make sure I'm watching to see Kiper's head explode.

Sanders is in back up quarterback territory now. No team that drafts him now is going to want him as their starter. That ship has sailed. Can his ego handle sitting the bench and being a back up?I’m gonna say no unless he’s got a lot more character growth potential than I think he does.

The question I guess is which teams feel solid enough about their starting quarterback to draft him, and not have him be a potential distraction and nuisance chirping from the bench that he should be the one in the game
Buffalo? Kansas City? Maybe Cincinnati?

also needs a no nonsense coach that isn’t gonna put up with any bullshit

he’s only ever been coached by his dad. His football experience has been a world of entitlement and this might be a serious wake up call
