Please god no.
I could see it happening honestly lol

probably not, but Burrow is the solidified starter there. So Sanders isn’t gonna be a threat to his job.
It just depends on if any team is willing to deal with the drama in the circus and the chirping and the ego
So far no one has been

Hell, I’m usually all for picking up a player whose talent exceeds where they fall to in the draft, but I don’t want the Patriots anywhere near him either.
We have a new coach (even though he’s an experienced veteran coach) and a second year quarterback, who are trying to build something and the last thing we need is the Deion Sanders circus in the middle of it

pats were expected to draft a late round backup quarterback this year so that would be funny

needs to be a small market team IMO to limit the drama via less press

Sanders is in back up quarterback territory now. No team that drafts him now is going to want him as their starter. That ship has sailed. Can his ego handle sitting the bench and being a back up?I’m gonna say no unless he’s got a lot more character growth potential than I think he does.
Even as a backup, his preseason snaps are gonna be a circus and you gonna have his dad chattering non-stop anytime the starter has a bad performance

The question I guess is which teams feel solid enough about their starting quarterback to draft him, and not have him be a potential distraction and nuisance chirping from the bench that he should be the one in the game
Buffalo? Kansas City? Maybe Cincinnati?

also needs a no nonsense coach that isn’t gonna put up with any bullshit

he’s only ever been coached by his dad. His football experience has been a world of entitlement and this might be a serious wake up call
The Rams? He could learn from Stafford for a year or two, and Stafford's elite so he wouldn't be expected to start.

So if Sanders doesn't get drafted.... does he go back to Colorado?

And if so... what number does he wear since his was retired?

No good franchise is going to bring him in as a backup knowing that any bad play from the starter will have the entire Sanders clan chirping.

Made the thread live again, as the draft is underway.

If you do one refresh it should work fine.

Fuck. I literally could not stand Sawyer in college. Felt he was way overrated. Nothing more than a hustle guy surrounded by stars.
Give me a reason to like this pick Hauler.

Max effort every play.
Smart player.
Each year on the team he got noticeably better.
