Glorious- 7.5/10 A guy in a rest stop bathroom has a conversation with a guy in the next stall who is definitely not a normal patron. Sounds like a garbage movie but it had JK Simmons as the voice in the glory hole. This was surprisingly good. I could drop more, but it's best to in blind. Definitely could be in the hidden gems thread.

It was a 10-year-old thriller that was highly recommended in a thread like this. I was duped and need to find a palette cleanser.
I watched this new Jason Statham movie last night. It was ok. 5/10. Pretty cliche, dude with special killing skills goes on to save the day like the movie Taken, or the Equalizer. Bonus though, that dude from those grim hustle YouTube shorts is in it.
I have to wonder if that guy gets tired of playing the same character over and over, but it keeps him actively working so it can’t be that bad

I recommended that. First of all, I'm 49, so no gen Z here.
I didn't say it was Citizen Kane, but I thought it was damn interesting and did a lot with no budget and a crazy concept. Maybe you need something with more explosions and shiny colors.
I didn't see the recommendation here so couldn't have been you. Didn't mean to get anyone upset. The reveal at the end was completely stupid imo and made the whole thing a waste of time.
