I've not liked much of his career, but like Baron Corbin, I think he's probably a pretty decent dude in real life.

Good on him - he made a lot of money, was in a bunch of movies, bagged himself a knockout for a wife, and more.

If they can him because *reasons*, I'm sure he'll do juuuuust fine.

And he'll deserve it.

The thing I always hear about guys like Miz & R-Truth was that they would do anything the company asked them to do, whenever they were asked.

None of this "that doesn't work for me, brother," bullshit. You need them to do a job to put over new talent, they'd do it. Public appearances, they'd do it. Help newcomers get acclimated, or get advice on promos, etc..they'd do it.

And do it all with a smile on their face.

Those types of people are invaluable to any company, so it's always extra disheartening when corporate bullshit fucks over the people who kept working in that corporation tolerable.

Yeah, I've heard that too. But good grief, look at some of the people still on the roster - Zoey Stark, the brothers Garza, the tag team in LWO, Apollo Crews, B-fab, Ava...all these people still have jobs, yet Truth gets let go?

Make it make sense. lol

Hell, how long has Hikileo (sp) been under contract, yet still hasn't even debuted yet? lol

Ava having a job at all just shows you how much pull the Rock has. I wonder what her contract is, because if it is even six figures, how does keeping her make sense?

She's horrible in everything she does, and it's not like being the GM is a difficult role that requires actual acting chops.

Exactly.

That's the same stuff I said about Baron Corbin (though again, I couldn't stand most of his career lol) when he got canned. Dude apparently had a legit reputation backstage of being willing to take any bullshit creative gave him and do as much as he could with it.

Makes you wonder if this won't end up backfiring as the younger generation sees this and knows that ultimately, it very well may not pay to be a company man / woman?

Everyone woke up this morning a little more accepting of Vince shitting on a pretty lady's head. It's still messed up that he didnt pay her for her services, but we can get over that in the spirit of reviving wrestling.

Vince needs to buy back WWE and pass it to his children as God intended. These corporate fucks are going to kill the industry quicker than Vince ever could have.

I said this at the time, but I think they'll give it a few weeks. Wait until she's out of surgery and in rehab.

Cutting her just as she's going under the knife is a bad look, but Trips & Kahn have already shown they have no problem getting talent that is still out injured.

Tulsa let me down, got some very mid chants for R-Truth. This is the company that put up with CM Punk chants for over a decade, and they didn't take over a single segment.

The hilarious thing... is Tony CoKahne could have kept May and Vaquer... and probably signed Giulia and Grace for what he spent on Sasha.
