Luke Rockhold and Michael Bisping each have a win over the other. The two are longtime rivals, inside and outside the Octagon. Bisping likely has just one fight left before retirement.

It only makes sense for that farewell bout to be the Rockhold trilogy, right? Bisping brought it up on his podcast recently. And Rockhold would like to see it happen, too, he told Ariel Helwanion Monday’s edition of The MMA Hour. He said it is currently “in discussion.”

“You know that’s a fight that, if it’s on the table, I’m gonna have to put that at the front of the line before I do anything else,” Rockhold said. “If he can back up what he just said, I’ll be very willing to take that fight any where, any time.”

With one caveat — Rockhold wants Bisping to come up and do the fight at light heavyweight. Rockhold said his days of making middleweight with those hard weight cuts are likely over.

“Let’s make it a little more intriguing,” Rockhold said. “Let’s bring it to 205.”

BUT, Rockhold wants Bisping to move up and fight him at light heavyweight. Hope that's not a deal-breaker.

Rockhold will probably mop the floor with bisbing. I think he beats him 8/10 times

Hate to say it but I agree.

Like the San Jose connection but I would be watching this behind a very big pillow for Bisping were it to happen again.

I don't want an easy pushover fight for him as his last fight but this would scare the hell out of me.

Remove “San Jose”, insert “hot guy”

Rashad or vitor seem the best to me. Maybe sam alvey or if tito wants to be in the ufc let bisbing bust him up

Awww, I still like Tito. I know Mike felt he didn't get the best out of him in TUF as his coach but I don't think I'd like to see those two fight.

" I’ll be very willing to take that fight any where, any time.” but only at a weight class of my choosing that DisCount doesn't fight at.

I am on record as strongly disliking Bisping, but even I think this is a bitch version of a callout by Rockhold.

Further to this, I like the idea of Vitor. I can’t stand that fucker and Mike needs to avenge that loss on an even playing non juicing field.

I can’t see Mike going back up to LHW to fight Tito, even if The UFC would have him back.

Not that you're hedging your bets or anything.
When his regular training partners weren’t there, he’s not that spectacular.
Rockhold is local boy so I support, if he’s not local anymore, he just some cocky surfer bro man dude who I’m jealous of his genetics

I know. I like him because of San Jose but it's through gritted teeth. Especially because I'm such a Mike fan.
