There are some commissions who will let a fight go as long as the person is within less than a pound of weight.

There needs to be a unified set of rules that the UFC requests commissions use when overseeing their events. Not going places and having to fight under the possibility of slightly different rule sets.
Go back to UFC 1 rules. No eye gouging, no fish hooking, gloves are optional and let them bang.

Yeah man, This could be the end of his title aspirations. Dana is often unforgiving to dudes that fuck up the big cards, especially when it is the main event. I can see Dana losing his shit and throwing Yoel under the bus in the media. I'm not always a fan of Dana's tactics, especially the way he talks about fighters to the media when he is pissed off. But Yoel fucked up big time here. Again.
GSP was allowed to defend his title when he missed weight by .4 pounds....certainly .2 pounds should not disqualify Romero....I know the rules, but they were broken once, why not just break them again

After Yoel missed against Rockhold, Whittaker said Luke never should have accepted that fight.
But it's closer now than it was that time (when he missed by 3 pounds lol).
I want to see the fight so hopefully it still happens.
Blame the UFC for giving a guy a title fight right after a fight in which he missed weight.
