Genuine question: why are you bringing race into this? No one has mentioned race except you. This is effectively what you are saying:
"The picture is implying that rioters won't attack the welfare office. That's racist because white people don't riot"
I live in the DC Metro area and I assure you there were lots of white and hispanic rioters mixed into the crowds.

Thanks, I guess I assumed that it was predominantly black rioters due the very limited faces I saw through news, etc.
Putting that misconception along with "Didn't burn down the welfare office" seemed racist in that light.
I guess I was wrong.
