Did your wife ask you if you were going to post that for you mma idiot friends? That's what my wife asks me when I take pictures.
I only take spictures of the magnificent meals I cook on my own. I'm no restaurateur instahooker. Plus, my niece pic shames me enough.
3 day dry brine
As soon as the steaks hit 110 I put them on the Napoleon's "sizzle zone." It's the first time I've used it and holy shit does it work. Only takes about 30ish seconds per side.
I always get bone in ribeyes. That meat off the rib bone is the best. Perfectly done, PapaGallo.
It's always on sale after a holiday because of roasts that don't end up selling. I picked these up for $9 a pound and they had really nice marbling for select.

I can stand the tiniest amount. I don't have the soap thing but it can absolutely overwhelm/ruin a meal.
A teeny tiny amount adds something, but beyond that it's all I can taste.
Only way to do it. The women are brainwashed about the "fat content". If I gotta deep fry something it's gonna be unhealthy. No matter the oil. Mine just brings the crunch needed.
